Weekend Fun
Last weekend, we decided we would go camping to the Sand Dunes again. Here are some pictures of the fun weekend.....including some not so fun parts.

Everybody is ready to go!

Where's Libbi?!?!

4-Wheeling

Libbi at the top of the hill, oh that hill! But isn't she so cute!?

Everybody standing around at the top of the hill.

Kyle trying to come up the soft sand hill.

Dusty and Kyle at the bottom of the hill, watch that tree Dusty.....it was the start of the crazy 20 minutes that followed.

Dusty getting stuck in the tree, really, really stuck in the tree. While all the boys were down there trying to figure out how to get Dusty out of the tree, I had a freak out moment of blood curdling screaming going on at the top of the hill. Below is the reason why.

Yup, this little guy decided to crawl up the my pant leg. I still don't know what it was, but it bit me twice on the back of my calf. All the guys could hear was blood curdling screaming coming from the top of the hill from myself, Libbi and Amanda.

Luckily, he found his way out. And we took some pictures of him. He was creepy. If anybody knows what he was, let me know. Somebody told me he was a sun spider, which is a mix of a tarantula and a scorpion. I don't really know.

Kyle's "little" brothers decided to come with us. It was fun to have them. This is Tyler and Travis out at Sand Mountain.

All 3 brother's waiting to go up Sand Mountain

I'm not sure who this is, but they were on Sand Mountain turning around to come back down.

Everybody hanging out after a long day of riding and 4-wheeling.

Libbi wanted to sit between Tyler and Travis.

Amanda and Dean and the dogs on the mountain behind camp.

View from the top of Sand Mountain.

Veiw from the top of Sand Mountain, see the three dots in the middle of the photo, those are the trucks.

This is why we finally decided to come home....yup, it rained on us!

All in all, we had a fun weekend, minus the few moments when everything was crazy. We all came back a little sun burned and tired and sore, but we had a great wekeend. It's just what I needed. I also wanted to wish Dusty a happy birthday, even though I know it's a few days late.
